Team

GidoLabs is a group of researchers, system developers and app designers. We have been successfully involved in several commercial and research projects in Poland, Germany and Japan, drafting innovative solutions for the better being of people.   • Agnieszka Bętkowska Cavalcante, Ph.D., is a European Commission Expert in the field of ICT technologies. A leader and collaborator on several national and international projects, she was a recipient of the Marie Curie scholarship and the Monbukagakusho scholarship. After having studied computer studies and having worked at a number of international institutions (FZI Karlsruhe in Germany, Tokyo Institute of Technology, Polish branch of Telcordia Technologies, US) she moved on to combine her passion for science and development with business skills and successfully launched Gido Labs. She specializes in speech technologies.
  • Recipient of numerous scholarships and prizes, Monika received an M.Sc. and Ph.D. degrees from the Poznań University of Technology (PUT). Her research interests focus mainly on the Internet of Things, Future Internet and e-Health systems. Monika has led and participated in national and European collaborative research projects, worked with the world’s distinguished tech companies and universities, and published papers in top journals and conferences. At Gido Labs, Monika is responsible for company management, project proposal preparation, and exploration of new opportunities.
